...FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 215 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...



The Flood Warning will expire at 215 PM CDT this afternoon for

portions of north central and northwest Louisiana, including the

following parishes, in north central Louisiana, Grant. In northwest

Louisiana, De Soto, Natchitoches, Red River and Sabine.



Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a

threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.



A Flood Watch remains in effect until 300 PM CDT for portions of

Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas...
