...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in 

Tennessee...



  Cumberland River At Dover affecting Stewart County.



  Red River At Port Royal affecting Robertson and Montgomery 

  Counties.



For the Cumberland River...including Dover, Clarksville...Moderate 

flooding is forecast.

For the Red River...including Port Royal...Major flooding is 

forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Cumberland River at Dover.



* WHEN...Until early Wednesday afternoon.



* IMPACTS...At 69.0 feet, Flood waters continue to cover many roads 

  and boat launch areas across Stewart County. Impacted locations 

  include Bellwood Landing Rd, Cross Creek Rd, Frank Earhart Rd near 

  Mud Hill Rd, River Rd west of Hwy 79, Hummingbird Hollow Rd near 

  Antioch Rd southwest of Bumpus Mills, Mud Hill Rd, Mallard Rd, 

  Lewis Circle Rd, Lee Hollow Rd, Lakeland Dr, Atkinson Dr, and 

  Wildcat Creek Rd east of Hwy 46. Ferry operations at Hwy 46 may be 

  suspended at higher levels.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 10:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 67.3 feet and rising.

  - Forecast...The river will rise to 68.1 feet this evening,

    then slowly fall below flood stage late Wednesday morning.

  - Flood stage is 66.0 feet.

* WHERE...Red River at Port Royal.



* WHEN...Until Tuesday morning.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 10:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 38.1 feet and rising.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 42.0

    feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early

    Tuesday morning.

  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
