...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in

Florida...Alabama...



  Yellow River At Milligan affecting Okaloosa, Covington and Santa

  Rosa Counties.



For the Yellow River...including Milligan...Minor flooding is

forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

deaths occur in vehicles.



Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars

through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Yellow River at Milligan.



* WHEN...From late Sunday night to Tuesday evening.



* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water threatens home on Ellis and Antioch

  Roads.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 7.5 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early

    Monday morning to a crest of 13.1 feet early Monday afternoon. It

    will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon.

  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
