  Perdido River Near Barrineau Park affecting Escambia and Baldwin 

  Counties.



For the Perdido River...including Barrineau Park...Minor flooding is 

forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Perdido River near Barrineau Park.



* WHEN...From this afternoon to late Thursday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 17.6 feet, Water reaches the first floor of 

  Adventures Perdido River Office Building.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 12:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 3.4 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    this afternoon to a crest of 16.0 feet Tuesday morning. It

    will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.

  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
