  Monroe Counties.



For the Alabama River...including Millers Ferry Dam, Claiborne Dam...

Minor flooding is forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

  - At 12:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 44.7 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    Tuesday morning and continue rising to a crest of 73.5 feet

    early Friday morning.

  - Flood stage is 66.0 feet.
