Moderate flooding is forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

  forecast.



* WHERE...North Fork of the Forked Deer at Dyersburg.

* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Highway 210 east of Four Points floods. 

  Business Highway 51 floods just north of the bridge at the 

  railroad tracks.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 4:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 28.2 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours

    ending at 4:00 AM CDT Monday was 28.2 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.7

    feet this afternoon.

  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
