For the L'anguille River...including Palestine...Minor flooding is 

forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHERE...L'Anguille River at Palestine.



* WHEN...Until further notice.



* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Numerous roads and bridges are flooded and 

  evacuations may be necessary due to access problems.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 27.5 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.9

    feet tomorrow evening.

  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
