Arkansas...Mississippi...



  Mississippi River at Tunica Mhoon Landing



For the Lower Mississippi River...including Tiptonville, 

Caruthersville, Osceola, Memphis, Tunica Mhoon Landing, Helena...

Major flooding is forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING TO SUNDAY, 

APRIL 27...



* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Mississippi River at Tunica Mhoon Landing.



* WHEN...From Tuesday morning to Sunday, April 27.



* IMPACTS...At 38.0 feet, Water is beginning to go over Loggerhead 

  Lane going into Bordeaux Camp. Drum Cove is flooding, and Buffalo 

  Drive is mostly covered. The south ends of Ricky Road and Brown 

  Road are flooded, along with the street going out of Nel-Win Camp. 

  Tammy Road and Lloyd Road are flooded. Bee Trail and Plum Road are 

  going underwater. The east part of Sherry Lane is being flooded 

  and Peters Island is almost completely inundated.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 7:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 24.4 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    Tuesday morning to a crest of 38.5 feet Monday, April 14. It

    will then fall below flood stage Saturday, April 26.

  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
