  Pearl River Above Philadelphia affecting Neshoba County.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON UNTIL 

FURTHER NOTICE...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Pearl River above Philadelphia.



* WHEN...From Monday afternoon until further notice.



* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water begins to cover some of the Burnside 

  Lake Water Park roadways and camp areas.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 8:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.5 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    early tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to a crest of

    14.0 feet early Wednesday morning.

  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
