* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Big Nance Creek at Courtland.



* WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water begins to cover roads south of 

  downtown Courtland.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 1:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 13.5 feet.

  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to continue to rise,

    cresting at a stage of 17.0 feet this afternoon. It will then

    begin to fall, falling below flood stage late tonight.

  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
