...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM MDT THIS EVENING...



* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 

  rainfall is expected.



* WHERE...A portion of western Texas, including the following 

  counties, El Paso and Hudspeth.



* WHEN...Until 730 PM MDT.



* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 526 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to

    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream

    flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.

  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...

    Clint, Fabens, Loma Linda, Desert Haven, Indian Cliffs Ranch,

    San Elizario, Socorro, Lake Way Estates, Hueco Mountain Wind

    Ranch, Dairyland and Colonia del Paso.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.
