...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Alabama...



  Black Warrior River At Oliver Lock and Dam affecting Greene, Hale,

   Tuscaloosa and Marengo Counties.



  Black Warrior River At Holt Lock and Dam affecting Greene, Hale 

  and Tuscaloosa Counties.



.Flooding continues on the Black Warrior River and a flood warning 

remains in effect.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

conditions warrant.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO LATE WEDNESDAY 

MORNING...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Black Warrior River at Oliver Lock and Dam.



* WHEN...From late tonight to late Wednesday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 122.0 feet, Cattle in low lands begin to be cut off 

  and may need to be moved to higher ground.

  At 125.0 feet, Flooding of some roads leading into homes in the 

  Hemphill Bend area southwest of Tuscaloosa occurs.

  At 129.0 feet, Flooding of agricultural lands in areas southwest 

  of Tuscaloosa occurs.

  At 132.0 feet, Flooding of rural roads southwest of Tuscaloosa 

  occurs.

  At 135.0 feet, Numerous camphouses and some permanent residences 

  southwest of Tuscaloosa become cutoff.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 8:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 124.4 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    late tonight to a crest of 134.8 feet early Tuesday morning.

    It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday evening.

  - Flood stage is 129.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Black Warrior River at Holt Lock and Dam.



* WHEN...From Monday afternoon to early Tuesday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 140.0 feet, Some minor flooding of low-lying areas 

  occurs.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 8:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 135.6 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 140.1 feet early

    tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early

    tomorrow afternoon.

  - Flood stage is 140.0 feet.
