...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in 

Alabama...



  Cahaba River At Centreville affecting Bibb, Perry and Dallas 

  Counties.



.Rises continue along the Cahaba River at Centreville and a flood 

warning remains in effect.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

conditions warrant.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON TO LATE TUESDAY 

MORNING...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Cahaba River at Centreville.



* WHEN...From Monday afternoon to late Tuesday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 23 feet, Pasture lands begin to flood in the 

  Centreville area. The river walk next to the Commerce building and 

  school is nearly completely flooded by this stage.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 8:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 2.8 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 23.5 feet tomorrow

    evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow

    evening.

  - Flood stage is 23 feet.
