* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Kaskaskia River at Carlyle.



* WHEN...Until Thursday evening.



* IMPACTS...At 20.3 feet, Township roads downstream in Covington

  begin flooding near this height.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 10:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 20.3 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to slowly fall through the next

    several days, falling below flood stage early Wednesday

    afternoon.

  - Flood stage is 16.5 feet.
