...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 PM CDT THIS 

AFTERNOON...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.



* WHERE...Portions of northeast Illinois, including the following 

  counties, Cook, DuPage and Will and northwest Indiana, including 

  the following counties, Lake IN and Porter.



* WHEN...Until 445 PM CDT.



* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding 

  may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Slow moving or 

  standing water may continue.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 1053 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to

    thunderstorms.

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

    Chicago, Aurora, Joliet, Naperville, Hammond, Gary,

    Bolingbrook, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Berwyn, Wheaton,

    Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Lombard, Bartlett, Carol Stream,

    Romeoville, Plainfield, Hanover Park and Calumet City.
