...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO EARLY WEDNESDAY 

MORNING...



* WHAT...Elevated river levels caused by excessive rainfall are 

  expected.



* WHERE...Red River at Clay City.



* WHEN...From this afternoon to early Wednesday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Low lying areas flood. Maple street near 

  the Red River Ranch is inundated.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 3:15 PM EDT Monday the stage was 16.9 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is receding, but will continue to run

    high through Tuesday afternoon.

  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
