...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in 

Kentucky...



  The Red River at Clay City, affecting Powell and Estill Counties.



  The Kentucky River near Ravenna, affecting Estill County.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.



Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 

cars through flooded areas.



The next statement will be issued Monday morning at 1115 AM EDT.

...A FLOOD WARNING IS IN EFFECT UNTIL MONDAY EVENING...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...The Flood Warning is for the Red River at Clay City.



* WHEN...The Flood Warning is in effect until Monday evening.



* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins. Several roads 

  are impassable in and around Clay City. Some homes are flooded in 

  low lying areas.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 10:15 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 18.1 feet and falling.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage

    Monday afternoon.

  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* WHERE...The Flood Warning is for the Kentucky River near Ravenna.



* WHEN...The Flood Warning is in effect until Wednesday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Moderate flooding occurs.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 10:20 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 24.8 feet and falling.

  - Forecast...The river level will continue to fall, and should

    fall below flood stage by early Wednesday morning.

  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
