...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in 

Kentucky...



  Kentucky River near Ravenna affecting Estill County.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 

cars through flooded areas.



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...



* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is 

  forecast.



* WHERE...Kentucky River near Ravenna.



* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, Major flooding occurs.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 5:20 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 27.7 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of around

    30.6 feet on Monday afternoon. It will then recede and is

    expected to fall below flood stage on Wednesday evening.

  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
