In southeast Kentucky, Clay, Jackson, Knox, Lee and Owsley. * WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1058 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate showers moving in across the area. Up to a half inch of rain has fallen on nearly saturated grounds since 8 PM. Excessive runoff will cause minor flooding of small streams and creeks, roads, and roadside culverts. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
