In southeast Kentucky, Clay, Jackson, Knox, Lee and Owsley. * WHEN...Until 1115 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 805 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a line of thunderstorms moving in from the west. This will produce up to a quick half inch of rainfall in less than 30 minutes. Excessive runoff will cause minor flooding of small streams and creeks, roads, and roadside culverts. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
