Indiana...



  Wabash River near Bluffton IN affecting Wells County.



  Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Adams and Wells Counties.



For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN...Minor

flooding is forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

deaths occur in vehicles.



Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars

through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Wabash River near Bluffton IN.



* WHEN...Until Saturday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Access road to Bluffton wastewater

  treatment plant is flooded.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 3:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 12.6 feet.

  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending

    at 3:45 AM EDT Monday was 13.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady near 12.6 feet

    today into tonight. It will then fall below flood stage Friday

    morning.

  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

  This approaches the flood of record.



* WHERE...Wabash River near Linn Grove.



* WHEN...Until Saturday afternoon.



* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near the

  east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be

  required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 3:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 13.8 feet.

  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending

    at 3:45 AM EDT Monday was 14.2 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early

    Friday afternoon and continue falling to 9.7 feet early Saturday

    morning.

  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
