  Wabash River at Mount Carmel.



.The Wabash River at Mount Carmel slowly passed below flood stage 

this afternoon.  This slow downward trend is expected to continue 

for the foreseeable future.



Very little precipitation, above normal temperatures, and plenty of 

sunshine over the next seven days will promote drying of soils and 

falling river levels.
