In south central Indiana, Brown and Monroe. In west central Indiana, Clay, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Vermillion and Vigo. * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Local media have reported water rescues. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 840 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area.
