MORNING...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.



* WHERE...Portions of Florida, including the following counties, 

  Bay, Calhoun, Gadsden, Gulf, Jackson and Liberty and southwest 

  Georgia, including the following counties, Decatur and Seminole.



* WHEN...Until 1115 AM EDT /1015 AM CDT/.



* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 917 AM EDT /817 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy

    rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or

    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

    Callaway, Blountstown, Donalsonville, Bainbridge,

    Chattahoochee, West Bainbridge, Tyndall Air Force Base,

    Sneads, Bristol, Altha, Iron City, Brinson, Ocheesee, Selman,

    Torreya State Park, Macedonia, Henderson Mill, Nettle Ridge,

    Rock Bluff and Roy.
