* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive runoff continues.



* WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the 

  following county, Greenville.



* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT.



* IMPACTS...River or stream flows remain elevated. 



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 1237 PM EDT, Area streamgauges continued to report out of

    bank conditions within the Reedy and Brushy Creek basins.

    Residents and motorists are reminded to remain wary of

    ongoing and/or renewed flooding of low-lying areas along the

    Reedy and it's tributaries, as well as Brushy Creek.



  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...

    Greenville Downtown, Greenville Eastside, West Greenville,

    Mauldin, Taylors, Simpsonville, Berea, Five Forks, Welcome,

    Donaldson Center and Cherrydale Point.
