...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.



* WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the 

  following county, Greenville.



* WHEN...Until 100 PM EDT.



* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. 



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 1057 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that rain had ended

    across the advised area.  Many locations across greater

    Greenville has received 2 to 2.5 inches of rain this morning.

    Locally excessive runoff will continue throughout the the

    Reedy and Brushy Creek basins.  Remain wary of standing water

    and flooded intersections in the city of Greenville.  The

    Reedy River gage may crest around 9.5 feet which typically

    results in flooding of parts of the Swamp Rabbit Trail and

    Cleveland Park.

    Greenville Downtown, Greenville Eastside, West Greenville,

    Mauldin, Taylors, Simpsonville, Berea, Five Forks, Welcome,

    Donaldson Center, Cherrydale Point and Paris Mountain State

    Park.
