High levels of runoff will be seen through the Richland, Jonathan's and Cataloochee Creek basins. Please watch for rapid stream rises and flooding of low-lying areas along this creeks and select tributaries this morning. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
