...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in 

Kentucky...Ohio...



  Ohio River At Greenup Lock affecting Greenup and Scioto Counties.



For the Ohio River...Minor flooding is forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.



Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll 

free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT 

TONIGHT...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Ohio River at Greenup Lock.



* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.



* IMPACTS...At 54.0 feet, This will cause minor flooding of mainly 

  low-lying areas. Backwater flooding starts on both sides of the 

  river.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 10:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 54.7 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours

    ending at 10:00 AM EDT Monday was 54.7 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage

    this evening and continue falling to 42.5 feet early Friday

    afternoon.

  - Flood stage is 54.0 feet.

  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

    54.7 feet on 03/14/2015.
