...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EDT THIS MORNING...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.



* WHERE...A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following 

  counties, Gallia, Jackson, Meigs and Vinton.



* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT.



* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. 



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 313 AM EDT, department of highways continues to report

    several roads flooded across the warned area. While small

    stream creek flooding is diminishing, flooding will continue

    along bigger creeks and rivers across the area, as runoff

    makes its way to the larger waterways.

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

    Wellston, Mcarthur, Lake Hope State Park, Hamden, Zaleski,

    Wilkesville, Radcliffe, Creola and Salem Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.
