The Flood Warning is cancelled for a portion of southeast Ohio, 

including the following county, Washington.



The heaviest of the rain has long since ended, and flood waters have 

receded. The West Fork Duck Creek at Macksburg has fallen below 

bankfull and will remain below bankfull. Flooding is no longer 

expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road 

closures.
