...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Ohio...



  Muskingum River At McConnelsville affecting Morgan County.



For the Muskingum River...Minor flooding is forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll 

free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL WEDNESDAY MORNING...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Muskingum River at McConnelsville.



* WHEN...Until Wednesday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 10.6 feet, Several low-lying areas and poor drainage 

  areas along Route 669 start to flood.

  At 11.0 feet, Route 669 above Malta and other roads are flooded.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 8:00 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 11.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage this morning

    to 10.9 feet this afternoon. It will then rise to flood stage

    early tomorrow afternoon. It will fall to 10.8 feet Tuesday

    morning. It will then rise to 10.9 feet Tuesday evening. It

    will fall again and remain below flood stage.

  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

    11.0 feet on 04/04/2018.
