* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Great Miami River at Franklin.



* WHEN...Until this afternoon.



* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Flooding occurs along Oxford Road at the 

  railway underpass.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 6:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 14.3 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage

    this morning and continue falling, remaining below flood

    stage.

  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
