Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY TUESDAY AFTERNOON...



* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is 

  forecast.



* WHERE...Licking River at Falmouth.



* WHEN...Until early Tuesday afternoon.



* IMPACTS...At 38.0 feet, Main Street begins to flood near the 

  river, and flooding along Shelby Street and State Route 22 east of 

  Falmouth worsens.  Flooding also begins along Riggs Street.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 5:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 37.9 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage

    Tuesday morning and continue falling, remaining below flood

    stage.

  - Flood stage is 33.0 feet.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is 

  forecast.



* WHERE...Licking River at McKinneysburg.



* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.



* IMPACTS...At 42.0 feet, Moderate flooding occurs with flooding in 

  the McKinneysburg area worsening.  Low areas along McKinneysburg 

  Road and Colvin Bend Road receive the most flooding in southern 

  Pendleton County, with some mobile homes and farm outbuildings 

  flooded along the McKinneysburg Spur.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 4:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 43.3 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage

    early Tuesday afternoon and continue falling, remaining below

    flood stage.

  - Flood stage is 35.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...North Fork Licking River near Mount Olivet.



* WHEN...Until late this afternoon.



* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Santa Fe Road east of Milford floods near 

  the Santa Fe bridge. Neave Milford Road is also flooded near the 

  Santa Fe bridge. Water rises to the edge of Brandywine Road north 

  of State Route 596 to near Pleasant Ridge Road.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 4:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 21.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage

    late this morning and continue falling, remaining below flood

    stage.

  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
