northeast Ohio, including the following areas, in north central 

Ohio, Ashland, Knox and Richland. In northeast Ohio, Holmes and 

Wayne.



Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 

threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
