...FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY...



Light to moderate rain will continue through this evening before 

ending overnight. After the rain ends, it will take several hours 

before the flood waters begin to recede along creeks and streams. 

River levels will remain elevated or continue to rise over the next 

several days. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.



A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT Sunday for portions 

of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and 

southeast Missouri.
