* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 

  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

  - The Skokomish River will be cresting later tonight for Mason

    County, with a quick decline thereafter.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Washington, 

  including the following counties, in northwest Washington, Skagit 

  and Whatcom. In west central Washington, King and Snohomish.



* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT this evening.



* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 

  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - Area rivers will still be rising into Saturday, with multiple

    cresting into Sunday. The rain has largely ended for the

    area.
