The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of north central, 

northeast, and northwest Ohio, including the following areas, in 

north central Ohio, Huron and Lorain. In northeast Ohio, Cuyahoga 

and Geauga. In northwest Ohio, Hancock and Seneca.



The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 

Watch is being cancelled.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EDT THIS MORNING...



* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 

  possible.



* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio, 

  including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Ashland, 

  Crawford, Knox, Marion, Morrow and Richland. In northeast Ohio, 

  Holmes, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit and Wayne. In northwest 

  Ohio, Wyandot.



* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.



* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. 

  Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more 

  rain. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - Conditions remain saturated with streams and creeks running

    out of their banks. Scattered rain showers will continue over

    the next couple hours, resulting in continued flooding

    concerns.
