  Northwestern Monroe County in eastern Arkansas...

  Woodruff County in eastern Arkansas...



* Until 1130 PM CDT.



* At 817 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 

  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 8 and 11 inches of rain 

  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing and it will take some time 

  for this water to run off.



  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban

           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as

           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
