...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.



* WHERE...Portions of Alabama, including the following counties, 

  Baldwin and Escambia and northwest Florida, including the 

  following county, Escambia.



* WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT.



* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 

  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At midnight CDT, the public reported heavy rain in the warned

    area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring.

    Between 6 and 9 inches of rain have fallen.

  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the

    warned area.

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

    Atmore, Bratt, I65 And CR 1, Poarch Creek Reservation, I65

    And AL 21, Nokomis, Malta, Freemanville, Perdido, Mount

    Gillis, Robinsonville, Martinville, Canoe, Poarch,

    Phillipsville, Dyas, Wawbeek, Lottie, Redtown and Little

    Rock.
