* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.



* WHERE...East Central Meigs County in southeastern Ohio...

  Northeastern Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia...

  Southwestern Wirt County in northwestern West Virginia...

  Southwestern Wood County in northwestern West Virginia...



* WHEN...Until 1115 AM EDT.



* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying

  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 519 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to

    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly

    in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 0.7 inches of rain have

    fallen.

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

    Parkersburg, Forked Run State Park, Ravenswood, Sandyville,

    Lubeck, Mineralwells, Rockport, Belleville, Reedsville, Portland,

    Morristown and Peewee.

  - This includes the following highways...

    Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 143 and 174.

    Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 8 and 9.
