River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1049 PM HST, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain over the northern slopes of Oahu. Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour. Heaviest rain was falling along and north of a line from Waianae Valley to Schofield Barracks to Kahuku. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... the entire island of Oahu.
