The Flood Warning will expire at 11 AM AST this morning for areas 

along Rio Grande near El Verde.



Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 

threat. However, excess runoff may continue to result in elevated 

streamflows. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
