Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 800 AM AST, USGS river sensors indicated that Rio Grande near El Verde is out of its banks due to excessive runoff. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Flooding possible in Sector Galateo.
