...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM AKDT THIS EVENING...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.



* WHERE...Ward Lake near areas near the Ward Lake recreational area.



* WHEN...Until 900 PM AKDT.



* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 413 PM AKDT, dam operators reported flooding in areas near

    the Ward Lake recreational area. Between 1 and 2 inches of

    rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1

    inch are possible.
