Efficient rainfall with unseasonably warm temperatures and snow levels has lead to localized flooding near the Ward Lake area. As the front departs through late this afternoon, water levels may briefly dip below minor flood stage into Tuesday evening; however, the next frontal passage moving in tonight is expected to bring sufficient rainfall to bring conditions back into minor flood.
