As of 10 am the breakup front had not progressed to Calico Bluffs. In-place ice shows signs of weakening but the possibility of minor flooding exists if ice jams form. Around 3pm on Tuesday the ice broke at Dawson. Residents along the Yukon River downstream of Dawson should expect ice runs to move through for the next 24-36 hours as the breakup front from Dawson moves downstream.
