.FRIDAY...West winds 10 to 15 mph shifting to the northwest late

in the afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Patchy fog early in the

morning. Partly sunny. Highs 45 to 55. 





For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

morning and afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Patchy fog early in
