            *** 1 INJ *** 

            An NWS Storm Survey determined that damage 

            across southeast Wood and western Upshur 

            County was consistent with that of an EF-1 

            tornado. Tree damage was first observed near 

            U.S. Hwy. 80. Downstream damage consisted of 

            numerous trees snapped and/or uprooted along 

            its near 20 mile track. Some structures also 

            received roof damage along the track. One 

            area of significant roof damage was observed 

            to a water bottling plant north of Hawkins, 

            Tx. One injury occurred to a driver in a 

            semi-truck at the bottling plant.
