            Delayed Report. An Ice Jam was detected 

            around Midnight and found by Houlton Police 

            Dept in the daylight hours on the 

            Meduxnekeag River in the Carys Mills Area 

            off Porter Settlement Road. This jam broke 

            and flushed after 2:30PM EDT. Approx 16 

            hours of jamming with max reading of 5781cfs 

            at 12:45PM.
