A second tornado touched down in eastern Calloway County in a separate event a night later. These are the 13th and 14th tornadoes confirmed from this event. .Bell City/Murray Tornado... Rating: EF1 Estimated Peak Wind: 100 mph Path Length /statute/: 17.49 miles Path Width /maximum/: 200 yards Fatalities: 0 Injuries: 0 Start Date: 04/02/2025 Start Time: 09:17 PM CDT Start Location: 4 N Palmersville / Weakley County / TN Start Lat/Lon: 36.4756 / -88.5689 End Date: 04/02/2025 End Time: 09:32 PM CDT End Location: 1 SE Murray / Calloway County / KY End Lat/Lon: 36.6014 / -88.3035 Survey Summary: Narrative: An EF-1 tornado began in northeast Weakley County, Tennessee, along Highway 89. Moving northeast, the tornado briefly passed through extreme northwest Henry County, Tennessee, before moving into far southeast Graves County, KY. In Tennessee, the tornado did extensive tree damage and damaged an outbuilding. In Graves County, the tornado destroyed an outbuilding and uprooted trees near the intersection of Highways 97 and 1270. Tornado continues into Calloway County, where it mainly damaged trees and the roofs of outbuildings in rural southwest Calloway County. It also overturned a couple center pivot irrigation systems. The tornado then moved into the southwest and south sides of the city of Murray, where it uprooted a few trees and damaged the gutters and shingles on a few homes. Near the intersection of Fourth Street and Sycamore, the tornado lifted the roof off of automobile repair shop and then lifted shortly thereafter. .Pottertown... Rating: EF0 Estimated Peak Wind: 85 mph Path Length /statute/: 8.92 miles Path Width /maximum/: 100 yards Fatalities: 0 Injuries: 0 Start Date: 04/03/2025 Start Time: 10:23 PM CDT Start Location: 2 E Murray / Calloway County / KY Start Lat/Lon: 36.6138 / -88.2815 End Date: 04/03/2025 End Time: 10:31 PM CDT End Location: 3 W New Concord / Calloway County / KY End Lat/Lon: 36.6006 / -88.1315 Survey Summary: An EF-0 tornado began east of Murray along Highway 94, where it damaged the roof of a commercial building and a nearby church. The tornado continued eastward along Pottertown Road and through the Pottertown community, where it damaged a couple outbuildings and uprooted a few trees in wet soil. The tornado also downed several large tree limbs.
